LoveToKnow is a fast growing online media company and is looking for an experienced Ad Traffic Manager. The Ad Trafficker's primary responsibilities are campaign implementation and optimization. You will be responsible for reviewing banner ad submissions, ensuring that they adhere to the technical specifications, booking into the ad server and managing/optimizing the campaigns. Responsibilities:

Below is a sample of some of the key tasks that you will be performing on a daily basis. You do not need to have experience with ALL of these tasks, but the right person will already feel comfortable with most of them!
• Manage insertion order implementation
• Schedule and book ad campaigns into the ad server, QA/test creative and manage changes
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize daily
• Assist Sales and Account Executives with traffic inquiries, ad specs and closing sales
• Optimize all Google Adsense, banner, sponsor and other ad partner advertising
• Perform A-B testing, quantitative analysis, tracking
• Create reports for internal and client use
• Provide professional customer service to the sales team, account management team and our clients
• Work directly with accounting department in reporting monthly billed impressions and reconciling with client reporting
• Perform traffic analysis on PVPV, Bounce Rates, Time on Site, Visitor Loyalty, etc.

Qualifications:

The right candidate will have:
• A background in advertising and Internet technology
• 1 year to 3 years of ad trafficking experience
• Strong background and experience with optimizing ads
• Passion for quantitative analysis and optimizing
• A strong understanding of how online advertising works
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and solid Customer Service ability
• A detail-oriented personality with dedication and great follow up
• A mastery of ad serving systems, including one or more of the following ad-serving tools: DART, Atlas, Ad Juggler

The Opportunity

Responsibilities include the following:

As a developer you will be participating in the analysis, design and development of a web based software. You will be working with product marketing to build out new features, fix bugs, and respond to technical issues sourced from the customer service organization.


The application is written in C#/ASP.NET on SQL Server.

While this position allows you to telecommute, YOU MUST BE located in Austin, Texas.


Principal Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Requirements analysis and design
Software development using C#/ASP.NET GUI and T-SQL
Performance tuning of the SQL Server database
Light DBA tasks
Interacting with product marketing and customer service organizations


Experience/Skills:

The MOST CRITICAL skills for this position are C#/ASP.NET and T-SQL programming, SQL Server database tuning, and building web based applications. You should have at least 4 years experience in these skills, with an emphasis on business applications.


You should also:

Have experience designing web-based user interfaces from an aesthetic and technical perspective
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be a self-starter, motivated and able to manage your time and workload effectively in a virtual work environment
