Click here for details... Recruitment Coordinator, Data The recruitment coordinator, data (RCD) is a vital member of the 4 person recruitment infrastructure team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that we meet our ambitious 2010 goals by delivering timely, accurate information for decision-making about recruitment campaigns being conducted on hundreds of college and university campuses nationwide, and campaigns targeting potential recruits who have already graduated and entered the work force. In addition, the team provides training and ongoing support and coaching to users of our prospect database, SalesLogix (SLX). The RCD will be responsible for analyzing data and generating data reports to assist with management decision-making both during recruitment campaigns and as the team plans future recruitment campaigns.
