The right candidate is intimately familiar with Securities and Exchange Commission filings, detailed-oriented, analytic-minded and possesses strong research and writing skills. This is primarily a writing job. As a Research Associate, you will identify, analyze and summarize notable insider trading and institutional ownership disclosures each day. The work is research intensive and it involves being able to spot trends utilizing our quantitative software while applying qualitative analysis.
