Flash programmer - Project(s) Available Now (SoHo)

We are an interactive development firm has been in business since 1999, located in Soho and we have work available now that can be finished before the new year. We provide the artwork to you so you just need to be able to modify for flash and be a great flash programmer. One project involves database work the other does not.

To apply please submit the following only:
1) A link to your portfolio or personal website
2) Your hourly rate history for the past 3 years
3) 1-2 professional references (name, email, phone, how you know them)
4) Flash programming skills self ranking - On a scale from 1-7, with 7 being the highest, please rate your flash programming skills
5) Database programming skills self ranking - On a scale from 1-7, with 7 being hte highest, plesae rate your database programming/integration skills [NOTE: Not all flash projects use a database so no worries)
6) Easy to work with self ranking - On a scale from 1-7, with 7 being the easiest/most service focused to work with, please rate how easy you are to work with
