Outbound Calling/Call Center Experience

Millennial Services is seeking people with outbound calling and/or call center experience. This is not a sales position, but you are making outbound calls. All of our agents are independent contractors who are responsible for providing their own equipment and work in the comfort of their own homes. Agents are paid via direct deposit every Friday and it is a transaction-based pay, not hourly. You must be willing to meet productivity standards and maintain high quality scores.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent computer skills
• Phone experience—phone sales and/or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Ability to control a phone conversation
• Customer-service oriented
• Ability to make decisions and act quickly
• Dependable, confident, and responsible
• Able to make calls in a noise-free environment
