We're looking for someone who is familiar with the ebook and publishing market. The art director will be open to different types of book covers for the different genres. We need someone who can communicate effectively with the authors and understand their needs yet also someone who can say whether or not a certain piece will help bring in sales.
The art director:
- will maintain the art schedule for upcoming ebooks, paperbacks, and hardcovers.
- will make sure the artwork is ready on time long before the ARC is due.
- will be the liaison between the artist and the company.
- is open to different ratings and genres of books including yaoi, erotic romance, and other forms.
- will communicate with the executive staff about all matters pertaining to art.
