A nationwide WIFI installation and support services company has immediate need for six part-time technical support reps to fill various 24 x 7 shifts. The company is growing so fast that all part time employees could be considered for full time employment with benefits. The right candidate needs to be familiar with WIFI concepts, XP and Vista wireless client configuration, general networking while possessing world class customer service experience. Team leadership experience and/or mesh networking would be a plus.
The type of work involves supporting end-user wifi users in hotels, marina's resorts, mall, parks, airports and any other conceivable wifi application in addition to remotely troubleshooting the customer's network infrastructure. Our proprietary software backend will allow you to troubleshoot the customer network in a very granular manner.
