OFFICE MANAGER WANTED
Eight year-old transportation company experiencing explosive growth seeks office manager.

Duties include:
• Answering phones when clients call to book charter trips.
• Quoting prices using pre-programmed Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet.
• Mapping and routing charter trips using MapQuest®.
• Booking trips.
• Billing and invoicing clients.
• Payables and payroll.
• Bookkeeping/accounting.
• Checking and processing company email and voice mail.

Also:
• We train you.
• We have a real business with real busses but we have a “virtual” back office. This means you telecommute – work from your home office and communicate with company management via the internet.

Requirements:
• Strong telephone presence with a friendly voice and demeanor.
• Project competent and professional image over the telephone.
• Very comfortable with email and the internet in general.
• Beginner-level familiarity or ability to learn Adobe Acrobat®.
• Beginner-level familiarity or ability to learn Microsoft Excel® spreadsheets.
• You have lots of flexibility by working from home, but you must have discipline to get your work done as lots is expected of you and you must be available to respond to customers during normal working hours and to provide emergency client support on rare occasions during non-regular working hours.

Helpful, but not mandatory:
• Accounting or bookkeeping background.

Compensation: Depends on experience.

Perks:
• Company seeks to franchise in one to four years.
• The office manager would be ideally positioned to be a candidate to be awarded the company’s first franchise.
