Virtual Assistant

I own a dynamic boutique real estate development and sales company with current development projects in various stages, and an active sales roster. I am looking for an entry level individual who is highly organized to help execute an extensive list of professional and some personal responsibilities.

This position will have a four main roles. The first will focus on running my marketing system. Excellent communication and detail work is needed. The second will be as a transaction coordinator- working with lenders, title attorneys etc. Also, you would assist in managing my real estate development (rehab projects). Additionally, there may be some roles doing some property management, research and some personal errands.

Candidate should be extremely systematic and detail oriented, good researcher, multi-tasker, good writing skills. You must be able to anticipate needs, have a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic team player – and very important- a sense of humor.

This position has some flexibility with timing and hours worked- and an opportunity to work from home for some days will be available once systems are in place. As a result, some off-hours work may be required.
