You must be jolly
You must sound like Santa
You must not have a strong accent
You must have unlimited long distance
You must love Children and be able to pass a background check
You must love Christmas
You must have knowledge of Santa and his reindeer
You must be able to improv answers to hard questions, like how do your reindeer fly?, how do you know if I have been bad or good?, how do you get into houses when there is no chimney?
You must understand Time Zones.
