The City of San Mateo is currently undergoing a Web revamp. Related to this effort, the Parks and Recreation Department is seeking creative individuals to write original marketing-oriented copy. Below is a broad description of needed services.
Scope of Work
~Meet with key staff to learn key messages
~Develop marketing-oriented online copy that accurately represents our public value
~Develop copy based on solid principles for writing online
~Develop copy that is error-free
~Be able to work cooperatively with various members of the team
If you are capable of providing the above-noted scope of work starting in January of 08, please contact Sheri Costa, Management Analyst II, Parks and Recreation, at 650.522.7402 at your earliest convenience. You will be asked to provide web addresses of copy you developed, client lists, and references for providing the same or similar service as described above. Budget and process negotiated with final applicant.
